Pitch Intersection and Eave Edge Repair in West Michigan

One was a pitch intersection that we we’re able to permanently repair and resolve the issues by removing that area installing a new pan flashing, high-grade, ice and water, shield and deliberately and diligently ceiling the new shingles appropriately.

The second area was along the E edge on the north facing slope, where they experienced severe ice damming that would leak every year if the snow wasn’t properly maintained.

We removed 7 feet from the eve up along the affected area installed two courses of grace, ice and water shield and reinstalled new shingles.
