Sidewall Flashing Repair in West Michigan

This chimney was leaking at the base due to improper flashing the only way to properly repair.

This was to cut out the sidewall flashing approximately 5 inches of around the base of the roof remove the old shingles and step flashing.

Installed new underlayment properly install new flashing with correct kick outs and shingles and then install a new composite trim board with proper drip cap beneath siding we completely solved the leak permanently provided a 10 year warranty.

This repair took seven hours and cost $3,100.
