Small Flat Roof Rebuild in West Michigan

This property manager had their in-house handyman make a few attempts at resolving a leak that kept reoccurring on a small flat roof off the back of one of their properties.

We came in, removed the handrail along with the existing flat roof identified the source of the leak and installed a new two ply Flintlastic system to this roof.

We successfully and permanently resolved the issue.
