Sunroom Skylight Replacement in West Michigan

Both skylights were leaking for quite some time on this three season porch roof.

We decided to install new curb, mounted Velux skylights, including installing trim on the inside.

We then used EPDM cover tape and aluminum to flash the curbs to the existing porch roof before applying a two coat liquid applied silicone roof coating.

We permanently resolved the leaking this repair took approximately 1 1/2 days and cost $5,300.
