Valley Replacement in West Michigan

This homeowner recently built an addition onto their house.

Unfortunately, the builder used the cheapest roofer and subcontractor he could find.

One year later both valleys were leaking.

The builder no longer answered his phone and the Roofer refused to fix the work.

Two other roofing companies claimed the entire back slope with the roof had to be replaced.

We provided an option to simply replace both valleys and installing correctly.

This is slightly labor-intensive as every shingle needs to be removed by hand and then cut back correctly to allow the new shingles to overlap the centerline of the valley adequately.

This repair took approximately six hours and cost approximately $3,200 to complete.

Neither Valley has ever leaked again and we warranty this repair for 20 year.
