When Anders signs off on a roof, that signature means something: it's been checked by someone with the credentials to know and the accountability to care.
As Stellar's Head of Operations and a lead inspector, Anders knows the job from every angle. His week splits between the field, inspecting roofs, diagnosing problems, engineering solutions, and estimating projects, and the leadership seat: managing Stellar's team of inspectors and estimators, overseeing production on every project, and running the entire operations side of the business. Client communication, budgeting, keeping every job on track and on budget, and above all, keeping the standard high and the accountability intact. At Stellar, up to code is the floor, not the finish line: every project is executed to a much higher standard, and holding that line is Anders' job. He's a partner in the company, and it shows: nothing gets handed off, and nothing falls through the cracks.
His credentials back the signature. Anders is a HAAG Certified Inspector (Residential), one of the most respected certifications in roofing: an engineering-based credential built specifically around how roofs perform, fail, and should be diagnosed. He holds manufacturer certifications from GAF, CertainTeed, and Mule-Hide, and has completed training and certification with VELUX skylights and Metal Sales metal roofing, along with further certifications spanning both residential and commercial applications. He carries his Michigan salesperson license, holds his OSHA 30-Hour Construction safety certification, and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Liberty University. Five years in the trade, and every one of them spent learning the business from the ground up: coordinating crews, managing timelines, and making sure every job was done right.
His path here started in sales, selling cars through college, then roofs for a local company, before moving into project management, where he learned what actually makes a job succeed. It was through that work that he met Paul, through a mutual contact, and found a shared conviction about how a roofing company should be built. He joined Stellar in 2024 and has been building on that foundation ever since.
Ask what he's proud of and it comes back to control of quality: owning the business side, managing the project, and doing the inspection himself means the quality is controlled from every angle, not just one piece of it.

- Why roofing?
- “I like being hands-on and accountable. There's satisfaction in building something tangible and knowing exactly who's responsible when it's done right.”
- Favorite part of the job?
- “Seeing a project through from start to finish, and watching a customer's reaction when they see the final result, knowing the work was done right and they're genuinely happy with it.”
- Life outside Stellar?
- “My wife and I have two boys under two years old. We spend our time at local coffee shops, outdoors, and with family. We both love to get a workout in and connect with our local church community.”
- One thing you wish every homeowner knew?
- “Home is where your family feels safe, and your roof makes that possible.”
